The founders of CONSOL LOGISTICS have over 34(Thirty Four) years combined Logistics experience between them.
They have been involved in Start-Ups in Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria for companies such as DHL Contract Logistics and are currently involved with 3(Three) Start-Ups in Kenya.
We handle consultancies in Total Supply Chain, Transport, Warehousing, Procurement and Operation Improvement.

CONSOL LOGISTICS provides transport solutions ranging from 1 Ton trucks to 40ft trailers. We handle bulky and heavy loads that require low loaders and heavy lifting equipment.
We also transport chilled, ambient and frozen cargo.
Due to our business model we are able to scale up with our clients as we continue building partnerships with transporters who have been vetted and meet out very stringent partnership criteria.
CONSOL also develops and executes distribution models for our clients.
CONSOL will procure for you within Kenya and in other markets like Britain, United States, Germany and China.
We also procure in Kenya for clients situated outside Kenya and want items/products available in Kenya.
CONSOL will procure and handle your Door to Door Logistics.

The important aspect of our services is the procurement and supply of equipment, machinery, instruments, tools, spares, materials, chemicals and other consumables for manufacturing, energy, power services and allied sectors.

We offer warehousing from as little as a pallet to whole dedicated warehouses (Bulk storage).
We take care of your storage, order picking, inventory management and dispatching.
CONSOL also manages client’s own warehouse, giving them time and space to concentrate on their core business.
CONSOL is a young company having been founded and registered in April 2018 by two experienced founders who have over 34(Thirty four) years combined experience in the Logistics industry.
The purpose of CONSOL was to consolidate a group of transporters to get critical mass and hence forming a one stop shop for any transport requirements big or small within East Africa.
To date we operate with 21(Twenty One) transporters with vehicles ranging from 1(One) Ton trucks to 40(Forty) Ft trucks. We also have low loaders for bulk and heavy cargo.
We also have a fleet of motorbikes that we use for our courier services.
We work with our clients to help them develop the most efficient and cost effective distribution models.
Mid-June 2019,CONSOL added Consultancy ,Warehousing and Procurement to its portfolio which was driven by the demand for the same services from our clients.
The founders having very strong Start-Up skills have been working with 4(Four) clients setting up their operations in Kenya. The scope includes Consultancy and execution on Registration, Transport, Warehousing, Staff recruitment and Procurement.
Our aim is to be an indispensable partner to our clients by helping them to focus on their core business as we handle all their Logistics needs from Transport, Warehousing and Procurement.
We do this by providing them with solutions from small consignments that require courier services to heavy and bulk consignments that require specialized transport and heavy lifting equipment.
We not only want to service our clients well, we want to WOW them.
We believe in creating a strong relationship with our clients and suppliers. To continue building this culture in our organization we only employ individuals who have relation building traits. We believe that relationships are the backbone of our business.
Being a young company, we are agile and open minded. With our business model of consolidating transporters and warehouses we are able to scale up as per our clients requirements. Our minimal reporting layers and minimum bureaucracy enables us to have a quick turn around on any communication and requirements from our clients.
